- Business Analysts
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in retail securities/brokerage or securities operations with a proven knowledge of Trading Applications.
Other requirements include:
- Very polished image along with strong communication skills and actions
- Demonstrated knowledge of various brokerage products
- Proven track record of collaborating with others, initiating action, making difficult decisions, and accepting challenging assignments.
- Prefer past big four experience or equivalent
- Past experience in effectively interacting with all levels of management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required with preferred major in Finance or Accounting
- Sr Project Managers
Communicates with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross project initiatives and activities. Builds and maintains strategic alliances, both within and without the organization, to effectively influence and direct others to achieve business solutions. Develops extensive project management controls spanning complex, multi departmental, both internal and external, boundaries. Provides refined negotiation skills, driving, diverse project teams to decisions that support both project and enterprise objectives. Develops mechanisms to continuously identify, assess and monitor internal and external project risk. Utilizes variance reporting, critical path analysis and other planning techniques in a consistent manner throughout the project lifecycle. Establishes comprehensive quality management plan. Develops and implements contingency plans. Develops project budgets in compliance with the company’s financial practices. Provide project management consulting and education support. Monitor industry trends to assess the possible impact on the project outcomes. Provides change management consulting and assess impacts of project scope and implications throughout project timeline, including development of strategies, readiness assessment, development of training and communications.
Partners with appropriate project managers and peers to identify change impact, determine delivery methods for change management projects. Influences and advises senior leaders on change management issues. Able to motivate and direct team members to build cooperative work teams. Able to identify, develop, and direct team members strengths, technological resources and organizational processes to build teams. Advanced in the use of project management software and concepts.

- Comprehensive understanding of project management theory and team dynamics
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change
- Proven ability to make tough decisions and accept challenging assignments
- Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate costs and develop and implement project plans within budgetary guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office 2007, including Visio and Project
- Excellent interviewing and meeting facilitation skills as well as excellent written communications and presentation skills required
- Preferred 10 or more years experience in brokerage/financial institution processes and metrics
- Preferred working knowledge of SharePoint
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical peers and internal clients
- PMO Managers
